To us, they are tragic and frightening events. But is that the full story? Can we see them from a deeper, spiritual perspective, as part of the universe’s natural cleansing process? 🌿 Choosing Peace: My Journey Through Triggers, Irritation & Emotional Healing

Today taught me something very important about myself and my healing journey. From the moment I woke up, I sensed a heaviness inside me — a quiet irritation I couldn’t explain at first. Later, I understood it was coming from the environment at home, an atmosphere that has always carried certain emotional memories for me. Some energies at home still trigger old feelings: discomfort tension emotional memories a sense of being unsafe unprocessed childhood wounds And even though I have grown so much emotionally, some days these emotions rise again. 🌿 When Emotions Overflow By afternoon, that irritation had built up so much that it spilled over.
